1.        All Order Forms shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and the sale of products and/or services is subject to stock availability and further documentation (Photostat IC and credit card) as required by Linear Channel Sdn Bhd (“LC”) and the respective Bank providing the 0% Instalment Plan via Visa/MasterCard credit card payment and/or Aeon Credit Service (M) Bhd (“Aeon Credit”) providing the Easy Payment Scheme and/ or Koperasi Maju Ekonomi Pekerja Bhd(KOPESADIK) providing the loan.

2.        The Applicant/Cardmember’s signature on the said Form serves as acceptance by the Applicant/Cardmember of the LC’s Terms & Conditions of sale, the conditions herein, and the respective Bank’s Visa/MasterCard agreement and their respective terms of 0% installment plan and/or Aeon Credit’s Easy Payment terms and conditions and/ or KOPESADIK terms and conditions.

3.        Delivery services will be arranged by LC and the respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from late or non delivery.

4.        The products and/or services (where appropriate) shall be delivered by courier to addresses within only and no delivery will be done to P.O. Box addresses. Estimated delivery period would be 2-6 weeks from date of approval from respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK.

5.        Only the intended recipient(s) are allowed to accept delivery of products. Goods supplied to or collected by a third party at the Applicant/Cardmember’s instruction are at the risk of the Applicant/Cardmember.

6.        All prices, offers, availability of products, specification and information are correct at the time of print and subject to change without prior notice. While every care is taken, any inaccuracy or omission is unintentional and is much regretted. LC and their associates shall not be held responsible for any error.

7.        Save as herein provided, the Applicant/Cardmember may not for the duration of the 0% Instalment Plan(via credit card) and/or Easy Payment Scheme(via Aeon Credit) and/ or loan under KOPESADIK terminate, seek a refund or change any goods or services purchased or cancel the order placed after the application has been approved by the respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK.

8.        Upon approval of the 0% Instalment Plan(via credit card), the respective Bank will debit the Applicant/Cardmember’s credit card account with the monthly installment payable on a monthly basis, for the duration of the 0% Instalment Plan. The Applicant/Cardmember’s available credit limit with the respective Bank will be provisionally reduced by earmarking an amount equivalent to the Purchase Amount which will not be available to the Applicant/Cardmember, but will be progressively restored on a monthly basis as repayment of each installment amount is made.

9.        The Applicant/Cardmember hereby agrees that upon approval of the application, the respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK is authorized by the Applicant/Cardmember to make payment to LC immediately

10.     The respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK shall not be liable for any inadequate, defective or damaged goods or be responsible for any dispute between the Applicant/Cardmember and LC and the respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK is authorized to continue to debit the instalment to the Applicant/Cardmember’s credit card account and/or account respectively regardless of any such dispute.

11.     The products and/or services herein are provided by LC. The respective Bank and/or Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK is only providing a means of payment for these goods and/or services via the usage of the Applicant/Cardmember’s credit card and/or application for Easy Payment Scheme(via Aeon Credit) and/ or application for loan from KOPESADIK.

12.     LC and its associates reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any part of this program and/or cancel this program without prior notice to the Applicant/Cardmember

13.     In the event of non availability of stock, LC reserves the absolute right to replace it with any other model of similar specifications or higher specifications at its sole discretion.

14.     For notebooks/desktops, secured delivery charge with insurance is RM60 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM150 for Sabah & Sarawak.

15.     In respect of the warranty for the notebook/desktop where applicable, the warranty covers hardware only (software excluded), the scope of which extend to carry-in only and not on-site.

16.     The access and utilization of both the intrique.cc and surfnet programs is governed by the terms and conditions (or terms of use) as stipulated therein.

17.     In the event of any discrepancies and/or incomplete documentation/information, LC reserves the absolute right at it’s sole discretion not to submit the application to Aeon Credit and/ or KOPESADIK and/ or withhold the delivery of product to the Applicant/Cardmember and/or take any course of action it deems fit and appropriate without any further reference to the Applicant/Cardmember.
