Terms And Conditions For Tutor-OHOPC Package A & B

1.   All Orders can be purchased via the following modes:

i)    Normal credit card transaction (Malaysian issued cards only) ;

ii)   Cash payment by depositing into Linear Channel Sdn Bhd’s Maybank Current   Account no: 514114337136 who is the authorized vendor of Perfisio Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Perfisio”)

iii)  0% Installment Payment Scheme via credit cards issued by Aeon Credit Service (M)Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, AmBank (M) Berhad, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Diners Club (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, EON Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad

iv)  Koperasi Loan for Government Servant(except Armed Forces)

v)   Easy Payment Scheme; loan provided by Aeon Credit Services (M) Bhd

vi)  Easy Installment Scheme provided by Linear Channel Sdn Bhd(“Linear”) for Tutor-    OHOPC Package C

2.     All Orders shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and the sale of products and/or services is subject to stock availability and further documentation (Photostat IC and credit card) as required by Linear and the respective    Bank providing the 0% Instalment Paymnet Scheme via Visa/MasterCard credit card payment and/ or the respective parties providing the loan and/or easy payment scheme.

3. The purchaser’s purchase of any package described herein serves as acceptance by   the purchasers of all Terms & Conditions of sale, the additional terms and conditions herein, and the respective Bank’s Visa/MasterCard agreement and their respective terms of 0% Installment Payment Scheme and/ or the respective parties (providing the loan and easy payment scheme) terms and conditions where applicable. The purchaser hereby acknowledges that for credit card transactions, his/her credit card statement will reflect the amount transacted and/or the 0% Installment amount and Linear Channel Sdn Bhd(“Linear”) and/or Buynow.com.my and/or Buynow as the Merchant name for 0% Installment Payment Scheme via credit card.

4.  Delivery services will be arranged by Linear; Perfisio and the respective Bank and/or respective parties (providing the loan and easy payment scheme) shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from late or non delivery.

5.  The products and/or services (where appropriate) shall be delivered by courier to addresses within Malaysia only and no delivery will be done to P.O. Box addresses. Estimated delivery period would be 2-6 weeks from date of credit card approval from respective Bank and/ or parties providing the loan and easy payment scheme and/or from the date the full cash payment was made.

6.  Only the intended recipient(s) are allowed to accept delivery of products. Goods supplied to or collected by a third party at the purchaser’s instruction are at the risk of the purchasers.

7.  All prices, offers, availability of products, specification and information are correct at the time of print and subject to change without prior notice. While every care is taken, any inaccuracy or omission is unintentional and is much regretted. Perfisio and their        associates shall not be held responsible for any error.

8.  The purchaser may not for the duration of the 0% Instalment Payment Scheme(via credit card) and/ or loan under the respective parties terminate, seek a refund or change any goods or services purchased or cancel the order placed after the application has been approved by the respective Bank and/ or parties. This also applies to normal credit card transactions duly approved and/or after full cash payment has been made.

9.  Upon approval of the 0% Instalment Payment Scheme(via credit card), the respective Bank will debit the purchaser’s credit card account with the monthly installment payable on a monthly basis, for the duration of the 0% Instalment Payment Scheme. The purchaser’s available credit limit with the respective Bank will be provisionally reduced by earmarking an amount equivalent to the Purchase Amount which will not be available to the purchaser, but will be progressively restored on a monthly basis as repayment of each installment amount is made.

10. The purchaser hereby agrees that upon approval of the application, the respective Bank and/ or respective party is authorized by the purchaser to make payment to  Linear immediately

11. The respective Bank and/ or the respective parties providing the loan and easy payment scheme shall not be liable for any inadequate, defective or damaged goods or be responsible for any dispute between the purchaser and Linear and the respective Bank and/ or the said respective parties is authorized to continue to debit the instalment to the purchaser’s credit card account and/or account respectivelyregardless of any such dispute.

12. The hardware products and/or hardware warranty services herein are provided by Linear. The respective Bank and/ or respective parties providing the loan and easy payment scheme is only providing a means of payment for these goods and/or services via the usage of the purchaser’s credit card and/or application for loan from the said respective parties.

13. Perfisio, Linear and its associates reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any part of the Tutor-OHOPC packages and/or cancel these packages without prior notice to the purchaser.

14. In the event of non availability of stock, Linear reserves the absolute right to replace it with any other model of similar specifications or higher specifications at its sole discretion.

15. Delivery charge with insurance is RM60 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM130 for Sabah & Sarawak for main towns. Other locations are subject to quotation.         

16. In respect of the warranty for the desktop where applicable, the warranty covers hardware only (labour and software excluded), the scope of which extend to carry-in only and not on-site.

17.  The access and utilization of the tutor.com.my e-learning program is governed by the terms and conditions (or terms of use) as stipulated therein.

18.  In the event of any discrepancies and/or incomplete documentation/information, Perfisio and Linear reserves the absolute right at it’s sole discretion not to submit the application to the respective parties providing the loan and easy payment scheme  and/ or withhold the delivery of product to the purchaser and/or take any course of action it aadeems fit and appropriate without any further reference to the purchaser.
