Terms and Conditions

Payment:

1. All payment must be in RINGGIT MALAYSIA only.

2. Payments can be via Bank wire transfer, inter-bank transfer (Giro),  maybank2u, cash and
    online credit card clearance via Alliance Bank .

3. Full payment upon confirmation.

4.Online Credit Card clearance & installment payments via accepted Credit Cards are only available to credit cards issued by Malaysian banks. Orders with overseas cards are not accepted. Please make payment via telegraphic transfers.

5. Installment payments via AEON Credit is only applicable for Malaysian citizens. 

6. For ALL credit card payments, we will require a copy of the cardholder's credit card & I.C - PLEASE CROSS THEM to protect yourself. Please fax to 03-7987 0620 or email scanned copy to info@buynow.com.my.

DELIVERY & WARRANTIES

1. All orders shall be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, subject to stock availability.

2. All orders are subject to confirmation. We do not guarantee stock availability upon your order. We reserve the right to replace with higher or equivalent specification of products subjected to customer confirmation and, where necessary, customers are to top up in price difference.

3. We accept COD/prepayment/credit card for self collect. If you want us to delivery, please pay in full before we deliver otherwise, we reserve the right not to fulfil and clause (1) above will come into effect.

4. Deliveries are by Pos Laju for small packages weighing less than 1kg for West & East Malaysia. For parcels weighing more than 1kg but less than 10kg will be via courier service for West & East Malaysia. For parcels weighing more than 10kg but less than 35kg will be via transport service. Self collection can be done from 24A, Jalan Desajaya, Taman Desa 58100, K.L. Any Cash On Delivery will incur additional service charge of minimum RM 30 per trip.

5. We will not provide any additional items or accessories such as cables, power cord, keyboard, mouse, speaker, driver etc unless indicated.

6. Warranty mentioned in product description is for hardware only.

7. Warranty does not cover any damage to the item resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters or any unauthorized dis-assembling, repairs and/or modifications, tampered warranty stickers and/or repairs done by third party (s). Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with this item. 

8.. Buyer is to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim process. Warranty claims will be  
 void without proof of purchase.

9. For goods that are covered by manufacturer's warranty, Linear Channel Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible for warranty claim, or be held liable and all warranty repair or replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer or distributor. However, Linear Channel Sdn. Bhd will do its best to assist the customer to claim warranty with a minimum service charge of RM 30.

10. For in-house warranty, Linear Channel Sdn. Bhd will be fully responsible for repair or  
 replacement of the product except for software. In the event that the product is non-repairable
 and the same product is no longer in stock, we will replace the product with a similar item.

11. Damages and/or losses during course of courier delivery are borned by buyer unless buyer pay for delivery with All Risk Insurance.

12. If the returned product is found not to be defective, we will return the original working part to you at buyer’s expense or the return shipping and buyer is to bear the testing fee of RM30.

13. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

14. We exclude consequential loss or damage arising from the use of items purchased by you.

15. Where the seller specify in the product description, Notebooks and Pcs offered by seller comes with  Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity (COA) sticker. Please do not assume that ALL products listed by seller comes with COA. 

16.  While utmost care is being taken to ensure correct information on product listing, please understand that the seller shall not be NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPO or ERROR. All part numbers and/or models can be searched online from respective manufacturers.  Buyers are advised to research more about the product technical specification on their own.

17.    All other names and trademarks are properties of their respective owners.
